Refunds & Returns

At Aara Living, we partner with trusted brands and ensure that every product is handled with care, maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and packaging. As many of our products are food items or perishable in nature, returns and refunds are generally discouraged. We request you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

You will, however, be eligible for a return or refund in the following cases:

  • If the package is tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery.

  • If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered.

  • If a quality issue is identified and verified by the Aara Living team in consultation with our partner brands.

  • If Aara Living has initiated the cancellation of your order under the terms of our Cancellation Policy.

Return / Refund Process

  • Please notify us of your concern within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@aaraliving.com or calling +91 - 9137144711.

  • Our team will review your request and update you on the approval of a return or refund.

  • Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup of the product where applicable.

  • After inspection of the returned item, we will inform you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method (or another available option, where applicable) within 7 business days. Please note: your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Special Cases

  • In some cases, a refund may be approved even if the return of the item is not possible (for example, perishable or damaged goods). In such instances, we may recommend that you dispose of the product in a safe and environment-friendly manner.

  • Aara Living’s decision regarding refunds shall be final and binding.
